Membership:
Simply turn up on a Thursday club night
Meet the friendly regulars …. and irregulars for that matter!
Train for about an hour
or so then adjourn to a local hostelry
To replenish the energy supply system and ….
Meet at 6.15 pm at ….
At the "Pickled Pig", off Churn Road (Adjacent to the cricket field)

Try out the Tuesday speed & hill sessions at various locations around the area
The fee
of £27.00/yr inludes £3.00 Compton Harriers membership and £24 affilliation fees
for IAH social club membership.
